Reminder: Azure AD Premium P1 or P2 needed for Intune Autoenrollment

After initializing a Customer Intune Tenant, we ran into the following screen:

Turns out proper licensing was not in place. Intune Only licenses were purchased instead of M365 licenses (e3 or e5).

This will affect many scenarios. However, the main one of concern here was Cloud only Autopilot.

Once the proper licensing was in place, this banner went away, and auto enrollments into Intune would complete during Autopilot.
